Prayer and Worship

New Life congregation was established in prayer and continues to grow by the power of prayer! We have seen God answer prayers both large and small. We are always asking Jesus to teach us how to pray and have enjoyed an exciting journey of prayer so far.

Monthly all of our homegroups meet together for prayer instead of in separate homes. Check the Calendar for the next Wednesday prayer night.

We also have a prayer time at 10.25am before our Sunday meeting to ask for an outpouring of God’s Spirit as the whole church gathers.

Worship

Worship is an integral part of who we are as a church – corporate, Spirit-led, prophetic, joyful worship! We devote a significant time during our Sunday meetings to sung worship, led by guitar or keyboard and vocals and with contemporary songs, including those written by worship leaders across Ichthus.
